[1.1.7/Win] Saving RealAudio streaming to file?

I read the "How to capture/record streaming Google, youtube,Flash, ASF,WMV,RM,Quicktime" thread, but didn't find how to save a RealAudio streaming into a file, ie. a URL that looks like "rtsp://srv/123.rm".

Is there a simple HOWTO that shows how to do this from the GUI?
